While reports of an economic slowdown have many property owners worried, it's not stopping people taking their holidays this summer.

A survey conducted by online travel company Kayak.co.uk has revealed that 60% of Britons are to continue with their holiday plans despite the current economic uncertainty.
Despite the increasingly unfavourable exchange rate of the pound against the euro, more than 73% of respondents claimed they would still be happy to take leisure breaks in Europe.
The company's business development director Annie Wilson told travelmole.com that holidaymakers were still keen to get away from Britain: "last summer was one of the wettest on record and it's clear that sun-starved Brits value summer holidays far too highly to do without".
While sunnier shores like the Carribbean might be out of the question for many cash-strapped tourists this year, France looks set to remain a favourite with British holidaymakers because of its easy accessibility.
With the faster Eurostar connection from St Pancras, increased ferry services over the summer and the explosion of budget airline routes over the summer, it's now quicker and cheaper than ever to enjoy summer in France.
