We are Simon and Kathryn - we've bought plot 42 in BR.

Haven't been out there for a couple of years - it was pretty much just empty ground when we saw it first.

Last thing I heard from Fareps was  that whole development was due to complete and start renting out middle of next year

I'd be interested to see some other photos when Ian goes out at Christmas.

Not sure what rentability is going to be like - if you believe websites like SamuiOrg etc tourist numbers are down - but this is the same everywhere, not necessarily just Samui.

Development itself looks really high quality - been very impressed with furnishings.

 

 

Just loaded a few up guys! I've got another 20 odd more, had a good look around the development, generally they look a good build quality, but they are a fair walk from the beach. Ian
