I seem to be a bit split on this one - it looks interesting as an emerging market - having got in early in Bulgaria in 2000, that performed really well (and if anything the market has overheated now, and is due for a drop) , and with Albania potential appoitment to the EU, and its decent climate, coastlines,etc - it does seem like its worth a look.

I've also heard some pretty bad reports of the general attractiveness as a tourist destination, which sways me against - however i might have to do a trip over there to see first hand what opportunities are there - it does seem like the timing is right now to take a few small punts along the coast. Any views from those in the market there ?  Anyone been with a good or bad story to frequent ?
